A little Christmas message from the WCHC owners, Alok & Fiona Ruia

December 21st, 2020

Well, what a year it has been, and we are sure that many of you will be looking forward to saying goodbye to one of the most difficult times many of us have faced for years gone by – we are all hoping we will come through this in the next few months.

In 1998, we took over the Complementary Health Centre, and we were in our early 30’s with a very young family.  Over those years, we have faced many challenges but we’ve always endeavoured to ensure that the service that the Health Centre provides, to the whole community, has been professional, genuine and from the heart, and it’s for that reason why the Health Centre has come through the past few months with greater strength and purpose than ever before.

We, ourselves, are older and, we hope, wiser than in 1998, and we’ve certainly grown as people, but still the constant that has run through our thinking has been to provide a good complement to mainstream medicine.  There has never been a time where individuals and society need support than today.  Our commitment to the Centre is 100%, but our thanks go out to the whole community for supporting the Centre for so many years.

It has been a difficult year, but with the tremendous support of the staff and therapists at the Centre, we would not have survived – a huge thanks to the whole Team.  We feel we are in a strong place to continue to provide the high quality friendly and personal service for the year ahead, so we are very much looking forward to seeing you in 2021.

Wishing you a peaceful and healthy Christmas, and a fruitful 2021!

With love and best wishes.

Alok and Fiona Ruia xxxx

P.s We shall be closing our doors from Wednesday, 23rd December at 3.00 p.m. until Monday, 4th January at 9.30 a.m.

However if you have made an appointment with your therapist directly when the Centre is closed, but please don’t worry, your therapist will see you, as arranged, at the WCHC but there will be no receptionist available.

Where do I start?

Don't know where to start with complementary medicine.
