Featured Therapy – Osteomyology

August 20th, 2015

Each month we choose a Therapy of the Month to feature on our board in reception. For August we have chosen to highlight the services of therapist Clifford Bull.

Clifford qualified from the BCNO in 1994 after 4 years of full time study. During his career he has attended many professional development courses and has experience treating a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions. As well as being a teacher of the Buteyko Breathing Technique for Asthma, he also does the dry needling technique (Western Acupuncture).

Clifford is registered with the Osteomyology Association, which only allows practitioners on its register with a professional qualification and ensures that they are insured.

Common conditions that he can treat are back pain, Sciatica, headaches, sports and dance injuries, neck and shoulder problems, Tennis-elbow and hip knee and ankle problems.

Clifford also runs a Foot Clinic, where he will cut toenails, remove corns and calluses and help to treat verrucas. He can also treat sprains and general foot and ankle problems. After the session the patient will usually have their feet moisturised and some advice on how to look after their feet.

There is no commitment to further treatment and you will be guided by the osteomyologist. Most problems respond well after 3-4 sessions spread over a couple of weeks.

Clifford offers a 15-minute free chat with no obligation. If you would like to find out more please visit his page on our website or call the centre on 01394 388234.
