Judy Mostert

Judy began her career in 2002 qualifying in body massage & anatomy and physiology this gave her the background to continue to train and reach her goal of becoming fully qualified in reflexology.

Fascinated and skeptical she had a reflexology treatment in her younger years revealing joint and emotional problems of her own. She decided she needed to learn this skill and offer the many reflexology benefits to others. Judy especially wanted to work alongside physiotherapists and other holistic therapists to complement their work by offering a therapy that can give the whole body a chance to initiate its own healing mechanisms and natural balance after injury or illness.  Also encouraging the mind to relax and re-store its equilibrium.

Judy runs her own mobile reflexology business Sole and the Soul  this is suitably named as reflexologists believe the body’s physical wellbeing also includes the mind and soul, as they can have enormous impact on each other.

Judy leads a busy life with a blended teenage family alongside a dog and a new cat! She is an active member of Ipswich soup kitchen and has self-taught herself crochet and will always be trying to create a new blanket or hat for relaxation!

Judy runs clinics Friday mornings at WCHC
