Pat has a science background with a degree in zoology/geology.  She is a very experienced, well qualified reflexologist and masseuse and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Complementary Therapists Association.  She has trained extensively in the different techniques of the two therapies and integrates them into her treatments.

She specialises in Sports massage and Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy, Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) and Maternity Reflexology.
