Ruth is a fully-qualified and dedicated counsellor who is Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She is committed to a supportive and flexible approach to suit your individual needs and provide a confidential and safe environment to give you the space to explore and understand your issues with the sole aim of facilitating positive change.
