Our therapists are all experts in their respective fields, and offer a universally friendly and professional service to promote well-being.
Tracey is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and Holistic Therapist with over 32 years of professional experience and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Tracey trained as a Reflexologist at The British School of Reflexology in 1992 and has completed the Advanced Maternity Reflexology course with The Maternity Reflexology Consortium. Tracey has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in many health settings including Beauty Clinics, Spas and cruise liners and running her own complementary therapies practice.
Over the last 16 years Tracey has also enjoyed working as a teacher and manager at a Further Education College. This opportunity enabled Tracey to share her extensive knowledge and experience with many students and supporting them to qualify as Beauty Therapists and Holistic Therapists. Tracey has consistently developed her own practice, skills and techniques over the last 32 years and you can be confident that the service and therapy you receive will be of the highest standard.

Any aches, stress, or tension in your neck and shoulders are gently soothed with fragrant aromatherapy oils and warming hot stones, whilst the pressure point scalp and head massage will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced, peaceful and calm.

This relaxing and rejuvenating reflexology treatment starts with a refreshing foot cleanse, soothing hot stone foot massage, followed by a relaxing pressure point reflexology treatment which will leave you feeling balanced, peaceful and calm.
Hot stone massage to include back, neck and pressure point scalp and facial massage – One hour
This soothing and relaxing massage helps release any aches, stress or tension in your back, neck and shoulders with the use of fragrant aromatherapy oils and warming hot stones. This massage includes a gentle yet rejuvenating pressure point scalp and head massage to unwind and soothe your busy mind, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced, peaceful and calm.
