Beginners Meditation from our Isabelle Wen

At this time it’s easy for our minds to be carried away with anxious and negative thoughts. Here is a very simple basic calming meditation for beginners, to help us look after our minds and our bodies. Meditating on our breath gives our minds a chance to settle and clear, then we can see reality more clearly and make decisions more calmly. When we are calm, we help everyone around us to feel calmer. I hope you enjoy it.
