Welcome to our new Nutritional Therapist, Sophie Craig-Harvey

March 16th, 2026

Sophie works at the centre on Tuesday mornings and sees children from birth up to 18 years of age.

Here is what she has to say:

My training as a Nutritional Therapist drives me to understand what the root causes of symptoms are and use food and lifestyle to bring the body back into balance. I work alongside GPs/consultants and use functional testing, where necessary, to understand what is going on in your child’s body at a cellular level. Symptoms are a message from the body, I am here to make sense of these and understand what the body is trying to tell us.

My business ethos has evolved from personal experience, so I approach every client with empathy, passion, and a desire to keep learning. The journey to supporting your child’s body is very specific to them. I take into consideration their genetics, environment, and lifestyle to create a personalised protocol that is achievable for you and your family. With two young girls, I understand the challenges of parenting today. My role is to guide you through this part and empower you to feel in control again.

Below are some of the things I commonly support families with:

– Gut issues – constipation, diarrhoea

– Reflux

– Behavioural issues/sleep issues

– Weaning guidance

– Fussy/restrictive eating/ARFID

– Coeliac disease guidance

– Thyroid issues

– ADHD/Autism

– Allergies

– PANS/PANDAS
