Yoga one-to-one sessions go online – and even the Technophobes love it!
March 31st, 2020
How would you like to experience your regular one-to-one yoga sessions in your own home?
Our yoga teacher Izzy Ixer has had specialist training in the skills needed to deliver safe, private, online yoga coaching to her existing clients and she’s now ready for new online clients as well. Qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga, Izzy is offering one-to-one Hatha Yoga sessions using Zoom, Facetime and Skype – your choice!
Izzy says: “Over the past week, 3 of my clients have already transitioned to online yoga and even the self-confessed technophobes have found that Zoom is so easy to use that they quickly settle down and relax for their yoga sessions! My classes have continued without missing any of their weekly sessions and for these larger, experienced groups, I’m using online chat followed by access to a pre-recorded class on my YouTube channel. The feedback has been really positive and they love being in touch with each other and with me!”
We asked Izzy if she will be offering live online classes soon and she said: “I’m keen to reach out to new audiences and I’m planning to launch a class for complete beginners. I’ll need to keep the group small so that I can make sure everyone is practising safely and this will be by Zoom as well.”
You can also catch Izzy on the Georgy Jamieson show on BBC Radio Suffolk at 11.30am each Saturday morning for Yoga on the Radio!
Please get in touch with Izzy directly at email@example.com or through her website at www.izzyyoga.co.uk for more information about her classes or to book your free consultation and setup meeting so that you can get started with one-to-one yoga online!
